After asking friends and searching the internet, he thought that he didn't need much to start the business: a place, some machines and mixtures prepared to make ice cream. However, after attending several training courses where he was taught with semi-finished bags and some local samples, something was not right.
That didn't taste the same as the ice creams he tasted when he traveled to Italy!
They did not even have the quality of some traditional ice cream parlors in their city.
